Fueling India’s Clean Energy Future: The Waste-to-Wealth Revolution

At JB Enterprises Group, we are transforming India’s agricultural landscapes into self-sustaining powerhouses of green energy. Backed by our profound 200-year legacy in Gaushalas, LFOM and Agriculture and a robust infrastructure, we have expanded into commercial Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) manufacturing to secure national energy independence, strengthen rural economies, and drive India’s transition toward a net-zero future.

Government Approved & Globally Validated

Our green energy credentials are built on active compliance and rigorous official authorizations:
• GOBARdhan Scheme Certification: JB Enterprises has the official confirmation from the Government of India under the GOBARdhan (Galvanizing Organic Bio-Agro Resources Dhan) initiative.
• Strategic South Indian Grid Expansion: We are currently establishing six industrial-scale CBG manufacturing units across strategic nodes in Tamil Nadu, laying down the infrastructure to scale decentralized clean fuel across other high-potential South Indian states (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka).

The JBE Unique Advantage: Zero-Waste Circular Infrastructure

Unlike conventional energy enterprises that suffer from severe feedstock supply chain volatility, JBE operates a closed-loop, multi-utilization model that guarantees uninterrupted production:
• Ready Internal Feedstock: Our mega-processing hubs directly integrate model Gaushalas to securely manage 5,000 native cows per site, ensuring a reliable and immediate supply of high-grade raw feedstock.
• Total Feed Security: Every individual unit dedicates 375 acres of land solely to cultivating our own nutrient-dense organic cattle fodder using our signature biological manures, maintaining uncompromised herd health and premium biogas methane yields.

Elite PSU Supervision: Reaching Every Indian Home Safely

To guarantee strict quality compliance with BIS IS 16087:2016 specifications, structural transparency, and robust engineering, our production pipelines are supervised and monitored alongside India’s premiere energy Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs):

  • IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited)
  • GAIL (Gas Authority of India Limited)
  • ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation)
  • BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited)

Through these collaborations and the national SATAT initiative, our green bio-natural gas aligns seamlessly with the country's mandatory CBG Blending Obligations, channeling renewable automotive and domestic piped fuel directly into national gas grids and household networks.

Industrial Footprint: Anatomy of a JBE CBG Unit

Thefacility and its feedstock supply chain require a total land package of 410acres,structured under specific long-term lease arrangements to secure operational stability: Manufacturing Unit Site (25 Acres): 35-Year Registered Long Lease (Mandatory) for process equipment, digestion, gas cleaning, storage, and civil infrastructure. Goshala / Cattle Facility (150 Acres): 10-Year Registered Extendable Lease for dedicated housing, feeding, and waste management of country cows. Super Napier Cultivation (300 Acres): 10-Year Registered Extendable Lease for dedicated high-yield feedstock farming. Feedstock & Storage Facility (35 Acres): 10-Year Registered Extendable Lease for feedstock receiving, chopping, digestate drying, and logistics buffer

Strategic Advantages & Government Policy Incentives 15-Year Institutional Buyback & Offtake Security

JB Enterprises’ CBG infrastructure is completely insulated from commercial sales uncertainty. Oil Marketing Companies - including IOCL, BPCL, ONGC, and GAIL - standard commercial agreements running for a guaranteed 15-year period, which is further extendable upon mutual consent. This structural support eliminates market demand risk. Every cubic meter of bio-gas we process has a contracted institutional buyer, heavily driven by the central government’s strict CBG Blending Obligations (CBO) which legally require city gas networks to purchase local green fuel.

Guaranteed Organic Wastage & Byproduct Purchase Support

Our zero-waste circular model converts agricultural byproducts into a powerful second revenue stream. The Ministry of Agriculture has officially integrated Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) and Liquid Fermented Organic Manure (LFOM) directly into the national Fertilizer Control Order (FCO) framework. To actively promote the consumption of this organic output, the government extends Market Development Assistance (MDA), providing a direct cash incentive for the marketing and systemic distribution of FOM/LFOM, heavily boosting our operational profit margins.

Comprehensive Government Subsidy Stack & Excise Benefits

The Government of India has established an exhaustive array of financial incentives to fast-track GOBARdhan-aligned infrastructure:
• Central Financial Assistance (CFA): Under the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), projects qualify for direct capital subsidies based on targeted production capacities.
• Biomass Aggregation Grants: To minimize logistical overheads, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) provides an infrastructure grant of up to 50% (capped at ₹90 Lakhs per machinery set) to fund specialized biomass harvesting equipment.
• Viability Gap Funding (VGF): Capex requirements are further supported by capital infusions from the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM-U 2.0) framework.
• Excise Duty Exemptions: The government explicitly waives central excise duties on the CBG portion of blended natural gas networks, removing double-taxation barriers and making our green gas radically cost-effective.

Priority Sector Institutional Lending (only for the approved)

Securing financial closure for our plants is heavily accelerated by strict banking mandates. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) officially classifies commercial credit for setting up GOBARdhan and SATAT-aligned CBG processing units under the Priority Sector Lending (PSL) grid. Leading national institutions—including the State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda, and NABARD—have introduced pre-approved, low-interest credit lines engineered to quickly fund projects once an official OMC Letter of Intent (LOI) is presented.

Join the Green Transition

JB Enterprises (JBE) Group extends a formal invitation to partner with us as we set the national benchmark for localized, macro-scale Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) production and circular bio-economy infrastructure.
